2. Return Eligibility (Physical Products)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling by the customer

Used, altered, or washed products (where applicable)

4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must:

Once issued or delivered, digital gift cards are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE
No refund, exchange, cancellation, or reversal is permitted under any circumstances
Gift cards that are lost, stolen, expired, or used without authorization will not be replaced
Gift cards cannot be refunded even if partially or fully unused
Gift cards are redeemable only on https://shyamagencies.in
By purchasing a gift card, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms.
